1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the date you received the product.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the original shoe box (undamaged) and any tags/labels still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear after delivery.
2. Return and Exchange Process
A. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us first using the contact information provided below. Do not send the item back before contacting us and receiving confirmation and instructions.
B. Inspection and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected based on the eligibility criteria (Section 1).
- For Refunds (if applicable): If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 7-10 business days).
- For Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for a different size or product (subject to availability), we will ship the replacement item to you after the original item is approved.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
A. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a wrong item, or the item was defective/damaged upon arrival), we will cover the shipping costs for the return and for sending out a replacement (if applicable).
B. Change of Mind or Size/Fit Issues
If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction (not due to a defect):
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to us.
- For exchanges, the customer may also be required to pay the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
